• Handle cash transactions with customers using cash registers
• Answering the phone
• Taking togo orders
• Collect payments
• Issue receipts, change or tickets
• Walk guests to their table
• Inform guests of our daily specials
• Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
• Greet customers when entering or leaving establishments
• Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
• Keep reports of transactions
