Accounts Payable
Qualifications:
Accounting experience two years or more.
Quick Books Enterprises is a must.
Microsoft Office must be proficient in Excel.
Analytical skills with the ability to collect, and analyze information.
Able to work well with others, and complete duties with minimum supervision.
Excellent attention to detail, and organization skills required.
Ability to multi-task.
High school diploma or GED required.
Typing experience 35 words a minute minimum.
Ten key skills.
Dependable.
Responsibilities:
Reconciliation of am pm stores daily cash, and bank deposits verification.
Processing Account Payable.
Answer phone, multi-tasking.
Interact with vendor, store managers, and employees.
Write, and distribute emails/mails correspondence memo's, letters, faxes, and forms.
Able to complete deadlines in short notice.
Able to complete various task, and projects as assign.
