Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in concrete finishing and related skills to contribute to our projects.
Duties:
- Perform concrete finishing tasks such as smoothing, leveling, and finishing freshly poured concrete
- Utilize knowledge of concrete pumping, hardscape, and flooring installation, power trowel and riding trowel
- Operate heavy equipment for concrete placement and finishing
- Execute trim carpentry work related to concrete projects
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics for project specifications
- Restore and repair concrete surfaces as needed
Skills:
- Proficiency in concrete finishing techniques
- Experience with heavy equipment operation for concrete work
- Knowledge of hardscape installation and trim carpentry
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Familiarity with welding for concrete projects
