This position is PART time
MUST be available on weekends... this is primarily a weekend serving position
Which means you will be making good $$$
An occasional weekday shift may be required.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take customer orders and enter them accurately into the POS system
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
- Ensure timely/correct delivery of food and beverages to customers
- Bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining area
- Process cash, credit, and debit card transactions using a cash register
-Complete duties per shift such as restocking sauces, sugars, rolling silverware, and other daily side work tasks
Experience:
- Previous experience as a server required
- Familiarity with kitchen operations and food handling procedures
- Ability to multitask and work with several tables at a time while answering phone,
taking to-go orders, etc.
- Basic math skills for calculating bills, making change, and handling cash transactions
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
