Job Summary: BRAND NEW RESTAURANT OPENING

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team. The Assistant Manager will support the store manager in daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service and team performance.

Duties:

- Assist in managing payroll and administrative tasks

- Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process

- Provide exceptional customer service by phone and in person

- Manage shifts effectively to meet store goals

- Set prices and drive sales through effective merchandising

- Handle cash transactions accurately and oversee cash handling procedures

- Supervise and motivate team members to achieve targets

Requirements:

- Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant management role

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in shift management and team leadership

- Knowledge of cash handling procedures and basic accounting principles

- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in payroll management

- Proficiency in administrative tasks

- Ability to conduct interviews effectively

- Strong phone etiquette skills

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
