Opening in the spring of 2024, The Prospect will redefine hospitality in Mount Prospect. Personal service and the ultimate dining experience will be hallmarks of the two-story restaurant. Job Description: Server Assistants at The Prospect are responsible for maintaining a clean and organized dining area, ensuring that guests have an enjoyable and comfortable experience. Server Assistants will:

• Promptly clear and reset tables
• Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to tables
• Refill water glasses and attend to guest needs
• Remove used tableware, properly dispose of waste, and reset tables
• Maintain and ensure various areas of the restaurant are clean, sanitized, and organized, especially in the dining and service areas
• Collaborate and communicate with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth operations
• Assist with restaurant preparation work such as setting up the expediting window, folding napkins, and polishing glassware/plateware/silverware
• Provide support to all team members as needed

This is a tipped position.
