Hours: 45 per week.
PTO Days: 10 days per year
Compensation: $45,000 to $65,000 per year
Start Date: Immediately Paid Holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Responsibilities
- Compilation of accurate monthly financial statements.
- General ledger control.
- Perform bi-monthly payroll processes including new hire paperwork, administration of benefits, and payroll filings.
- Prepare and email invoices to customers.
- Filing of sales tax returns
- Inventory control – Receive inventory into Quickbooks and perform periodic cycle counts.
- Reconciliation of checking accounts, credit cards and loans.
- Monitor A/P & A/R including collection of past due invoices.
- Provide great service to customers.
- Cash flow analysis
- Great work ethic
- Excellent with QuickBooks Online
- Excellent Microsoft Word and Excel skills
- 5 years of accounting experience
- Great communication skills
- Must be a TEAM PLAYER
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to work under constant deadline pressure and manage multiple projects across multiple lines of business
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management skills, excellent oral and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and great problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage the books for multiple entities
