Big Horn Armory in Cody, Wyoming is looking for a talented individual with the right motivation to join our team in the role of Customer Service.

The Customer Service role is fast paced and offers a great variety of customer interactions. The right person will be able to handle these customer inquiries in a professional manner proving accurate information and resolutions.

This role requires strong computer skills with email, spreadsheets etc. and the ability to learn/work with accounting software.

No previous firearms knowledge required, we will train the right individual.

Main Duties:

Effectively manage incoming calls and inquiries.
Provides customers with order details, order status and service information.
Manages and resolves customer complaints and concerns.
Completes transactions and processes orders.
Routes call to appropriate resources and departments if needed.
Assists sales department with collections and other duties.

Hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm.
