We have partnered with a locally owned, independent insurance agency to find a Office Admin to be a part of their team. This company has been in Bozeman for over half a century with a great reputation.
The position includes answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, greeting and assisting walk-in clients, scanning and delivering mail, receiving and distributing documents through Outlook email, working with our carrier partners to download documents and tracking / ordering office supplies.
This position also assists employees who are remote or hybrid with in-office tasks.
We are looking for someone with a proven track record of being reliable and dependable as well as someone who enjoys being part of a team and who works well with others.
Pay : $25-28 / hour
