Seeking full time Dental Office Assistant Manger. Assistant Manager duties include :

• Oversee daily office activities
• Respond efficiently to patient and doctor needs and inquires
• Train, develop and manage staff to meet performance standards
• Follow and enforce office policies and regulations
• Oversee staff scheduling as to ensure full coverage
• Run and analyze management reports including aging reports
• Present treatment plan, offer financing options
• Ensure office has a continuous productive schedule

Candidate must have 3-5 years of recent and relevant experience working in the Dental field, preferably management. Dentrix knowledge a plus. Monthly bonus based on production goal. Company offers paid vacation, 401k match, medical benefits etc.

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
