Our growing childcare facility is looking for a Lead Pre School Teacher who can help to create a fun environment and incorporate educational programs that assist in our children's development. The Lead Pre School Teacher will be responsible for monitoring and teaching the Pre school children in our program, developing a curriculum that the children will respond to positively and partnering with our team to enhance the learning environment at our school. Lead Preschool Teacher responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a constructive and ongoing rapport with children and parents
• Deliver reports on potential concerns about students as to management as needed
• Collaborate with other teachers to ensure that the school fosters an environment that is inviting and nurturing for every child
• Create activities that are fun and educational for the children
• Manage day-to-day classroom activities, play time, circle time, arts and crafts, lunch time and rest time for students
• Skills Required:
• 2 years' experience working with children in preschool classroom setting preferred

• Strong knowledge of State Licensing standards
• Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
• Caring and nurturing attitude towards children
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
