Big Springs Village is seeking a Resident Care Aide for full and part-time positions. The ideal candidates must be devoted and compassionate about their chosen career.
We are looking to fill our afternoon and night shift!
Duties of a Resident Care Aide :
- Assisting with baths / showers
- Bed making, activity groups
- Pass trays and answer call lights
Qualifications for a Resident Care Aide :
- High school diploma or GED.
- Long term care experience- preferred
- Sufficient experience in order to perform daily tasks with an understanding of the duties involved.
