Big State Logistics is a logistics company based in Tupelo, MS. Established in 2017, we have been serving thousands of customers in the United States and Canada for over twenty combined years. Starting with just 3 dedicated employees, we have since doubled in size and now have two locations. Our second location is based in Houston, TX and serves as our asset-based division. Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson at our Tupelo, MS location. The Salesperson will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as prospecting potential customers, building and maintaining client relationships, presenting and demonstrating our logistics services, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. They will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and provide excellent customer service. Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in the logistics or transportation industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated
• Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
