We are looking for an Early Childhood Teacher to join our team and provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young children. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and working with children, as well as experience in early childhood education. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing lesson plans, providing instruction, and assessing student progress. This position requires excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to work collaboratively with other staff members.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans.
- Provide a safe and secure learning environment for children.
- Observe and assess children's development.
- Encourage social interaction among children.
