Big Time Glass LLC is Hiring a Sales Event Coordinator (Weekends Only) Near Phoenix, AZ

Job Description:

BigTimeGlass, a leading provider of glass replacement and repair services, is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Weekend Event Sales Coordinators to join our team. As a Weekend Event Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in promoting our services to the public by representing BigTimeGlass at various events and sales venues.

Responsibilities:

  • Event Booking: Research, identify, and book suitable sales events, trade shows, and local community events to showcase BigTimeGlass services.
  • Sales Promotion: Actively engage with event attendees, effectively communicate the benefits of BigTimeGlass services, and close sales on-site.
  • Booth Setup and Breakdown: Set up the sales booth, ensuring all promotional materials, signage, and products are displayed attractively. After the event, break down the booth and ensure all materials are properly stored or transported.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage the inventory of sales giveaways and promotional materials. Ensure adequate supplies are available for each event.
  • Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional customer service, answering any questions, addressing concerns, and guiding customers through the booking process for our services.
  • Reporting: Document sales activity and provide feedback on event performance to help refine our event strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, event coordination, or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Availability to work weekends and occasionally travel to various event locations.
  • Physical ability to lift and transport event materials (e.g., booth setup equipment, promotional items).
