Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Development and Manufacturing Sr. Manager. As a Sr. Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire product development and manufacturing process. This includes conducting market research, managing R&D, leading product management efforts, and collaborating with sales teams to ensure successful product launches. You will also help lead product testing, quality control, and sourcing.

• Excellent leadership abilities
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control standards
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record in driving sales and achieving revenue targets
