Big Top Events, LLC. is Hiring a Retail Specialist (FMFC) Near Madison, WI
Retail Specialists are needed to staff the Forward Madison FC Team Store (the Flamboyance) on game days and during regularly scheduled store hours.
Responsibilities include:
- Sort, price, stock, and arrange team merchandise
- Use the Square point of sale system to sell team merchandise to customers, including processing payments.
- Become an expert on store products.
- Provide high-quality customer service to store guests.
- Follow cash handling procedures.
- Conduct assigned tasks efficiently and with a high degree of accuracy.
Forward Madison Retail Specialists are primarily scheduled for daytime and evening hours on game days. Additional hours are available during the Christmas holiday season and during weekly store hours. Retail Specialists may be scheduled for additional shifts outside of store hours to assist with fulfilling online orders.
Applicants for this position will be referred to the Big Top Events Soccer LLC (Forward Madison FC) hiring team.
