The Bigeye team of creative directors, copywriters, artists, programmers, and account managers works closely with clients to better understand the needs of their consumers and deliver measurable results.

JOB OVERVIEW

Ideal candidate is incredibly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys getting things done.

Candidate leads all communications with incoming prospects and is the first line of contact for new business inquiries.

Tasks include coordinating calendars, transcribing meeting recordings, keeping physical and digital files in order, initiating vendor communication, routing tasks through the agency, and working closely with the production team. 

Manages creation of all MSA’s and SOW’s for new business prospects. 

Collaborates with the team in any RFP and pitch responses, and assists in the development of presentations as needed for new business prospects.

Oversees the agency’s CRM and manages data to ensure accuracy on a day-to-day basis. 

Analyzing trends to identify gaps, while devising innovative approaches and strategies for improvement.

Cultivate and nurture relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and challenges.

The Partnership Development Associate works on the Operations & Marketing Team and reports to the VP of Partnerships.

QUALIFICATIONS

Possesses strong attention to detail and time management skills, and an ability to balance the priorities and needs of multiple time-sensitive projects.

Loves checking off a to-do list. A self-motivated taskmaster who is capable of getting a lot of small tasks done to support larger projects in a fast paced deadline driven environment.

Remains open to feedback and willing to learn and grow. 

Is a driven, energetic, positive thinker. A collaborative team player who’s willing to go above and beyond when necessary.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field preferred.

1-2 years of work in an advertising agency or relatable internship experience in an agency is preferred.
