Summary/Objective

We're looking for an enthusiastic Delivery Driver to transport an exciting array of company products, including soft drinks, energy drinks, water, juices, coffee, and our signature Craft Beers, to a variety of vibrant locations. As a key player on our team, you'll follow an established route, ensuring timely deliveries with precision and a smile.

• Drive and Thrive: Navigate your delivery vehicle to designated accounts, making each stop an opportunity to build connections and spread cheer.
• Be the Hero of Hydration: Unload and merchandise products with care, transforming store shelves into eye-catching displays.
• Collaborate and Communicate: Work closely with our Merchandisers, Sales Representatives, account personnel, and your manager to ensure seamless operations and happy customers.

Essential Functions

1. Merchandise all company products following company standards with attention to rotation, brand flow, schematics, and shelf cleanliness at all sales locations throughout the store.
2. Transport company products from warehouse to account shelves in a safe and efficient manner. Utilize appropriate equipment to move product throughout the account.
3. Establish and maintain customer relationships through a high standard of professionalism, behavior, respectful and attentive communication. Be courteous and responsive to customer service opportunities with a close attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to service all company related accounts.
4. Plan and execute product displays based upon company and account standards. Maintain inventory levels by consistently stocking displays with appropriate product and attention to rotation.
5. Follow company and account operating procedures when servicing accounts. This includes but is not limited to signing in & out, placement of pallets on the sales floor, use of equipment, designated dock times, providing invoices and collecting payment.
6. Maintain current Point of Sale materials at all accounts and communicate with Sales Representative any account updates, critical inventory levels, and opportunity for shelf space with their manager and Sales Representative.

8. Adhere to all requirements for vehicle cleanliness and safety, follow all traffic laws, DOT regulations and company vehicle policies.
9. Observe company safety guidelines and practices in every phase of work. Report all hazardous conditions, safety concerns, injuries, incidents, or property damage to your manager.
10. This is a safety-sensitive position. The employee has the responsibility to always be cognizant of their own safety and the safety of others, must have the ability to perform job functions in a safe manner, and operate company equipment and/or vehicles with good judgment and awareness of surroundings at all times.

Work Environment
This job operates primarily in the trade, with frequent warehouse exposure, and does require travel within the designated market. This role routinely uses standard warehouse equipment such as a hand-truck, pallet jack, forklift and six-wheel cart as well as drive a company vehicle.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time union position. The schedule has varying shift times and days based on the needs of the business. 40 plus hours weekly, with mandatory overtime as necessary. Shifts will not be completed until all required work and route stops are done. This is a non-exempt level position.
Required Education and Experience

1. High School Diploma or GED Required.
2. Valid Class A CDL Required.

Preferred Education and Experience

1. Experience with merchandising, warehouse, or customer service.
2. Experience driving a commercial vehicle.

Additional Eligibility Qualifications
Employee must meet company standards for driving a company vehicle, pass a pre-employment DOT drug screen and background check. Employee must pass a DOT physical and DOT Certification of Road Test.
