JOB DESCRIPTION The Big Ten Network (BTN) is seeking a Graphics Producer to join the Design team based in Chicago. The Graphics Producer position acts as a production liaison within the Big Ten Network Design Department, facilitating communication between artists, managers, and clients in the execution of graphics projects. A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Supervise all phases of production for assigned projects Set-up and support production teams for each project and maintain a production book on each project Create production calendars for each project as well as schedule, track, and deliver projects Interface with Coordinators and PAs daily to organize production tasks and work orders Ensure and maintain lines of communication between artists, production, and the Senior Director of Graphics Coordinate project meetings and creative reviews Supervise screenings and approval of work in progress with Senior Director and/or client Oversee client communication and presentations and act as liaison between assigned production groups and design department Interface with remote and studio crews Prepare timelines for element delivery; manage transcode processes Collaborate with PAs and Coordinators to maintain department quality control standards Work synergistically with inter-company departments (Ad Sales, NE&O, scheduling, engineering, software development) Maintain communication with appropriate technical personnel to always ensure an efficient pipeline Schedule and supervise in-house and out-of-house edit and audio sessions Supervise live shoots relevant to assigned projects Supervise mock-ups for sales presentations Other duties, as needed by the department WHAT YOU WILL NEED 2 years graphic production experience Must be self-motivated and proactive Strong interpersonal relationship skills, work organization, professionalism, initiative and flexibility Outstanding time management skills, and ability to juggle multiple tasks/projects/situations at one time Experience in live action, 2D and 3D animation, post-production, and evolving medias Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere and Final Cut Working knowledge of various insert platforms – VizRT, Xpression, Mac Proficiency digital file formats, codecs and wrappers and their appropriate applications Capacity to work weekends and evenings We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, gender identity, disability, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
