Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated School Physical Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a School Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the educational experience and well-being of our students. You will collaborate with educators, administrators, and parents to provide comprehensive physical therapy services to students with diverse needs, contributing to their overall development and success.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to determine students' physical strengths, limitations, and needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and interventions to support students' functional abilities and educational goals.
• Provide direct physical therapy services, including therapeutic exercises, activities, and interventions.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress and integration into educational activities.
• Educate school staff and parents on strategies to support students' physical development and well-being.
• Monitor and document students' progress, adjusting interventions as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines related to school-based physical therapy services.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• State licensure or eligibility for licensure in Arizona
• Experience in pediatric or school-based physical therapy preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Commitment to supporting the educational and developmental needs of students.
