Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in Telemetry to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a telemetry unit, monitoring patients' vital signs and telemetry data to detect any abnormalities.

Responsibilities:

- Monitor and interpret telemetry data, recognizing and reporting any irregularities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to create individualized patient care plans
- Perform physical examinations and assessments
- Assist with cardiac catheterization procedures
- Provide care for patients with various medical conditions, including those requiring dialysis
- Utilize medical imaging systems for diagnostic purposes
- Support patients with behavioral health needs

Qualifications:

- Valid RN license and BLS certification
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in an inpatient setting, preferably in telemetry or medical-surgical units
- Proficiency in conducting physical examinations and interpreting medical data
- Strong understanding of telemetry monitoring systems
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in cardiac catheterization procedures
- Familiarity with dialysis procedures
- Knowledge of behavioral health interventions

Job Types: Travel nursing, Contract

Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour
