Job Description
Who We’re Looking For:
The Project Manager must own the responsibilities identified below. Notably, they must possess a commitment to customer satisfaction. This role is reserved for an individual who is self-motivated and consistently shows good decision-making, has strong communications skills, an eye for detail, and a desire to learn. This individual will operate under the leadership of the Construction Manager and should exhibit professional growth to gain capacity and responsibility as an employee.
Responsibilities:
- Own all project information and coordination
- Using MBI processes and tools, manage the following in accordance with the Project requirements:
- Contracts & change orders
- Project scope
- Safety program
- Project budget
- Pay apps & forecasts
- Project schedule
- Submittals & shop drawings
- RFIs
- Constructability reviews & planning
- Subcontracts
- Procurement & buyouts
- Coordination with MBI design and manufacturing departments
- Management of the construction & steel erection phase
- Equipment
- Other project needs
Job Type:
- Full-time
- Monday to Friday
- Work from MBI office, with requirement for intermittent site visits

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in construction project management or 5 years of experience in a project management role
