-Organize and maintain client files
-Assist with answering the telephone and directing calls
-Schedule appointments with office staff
-Inventory client files that are ready to be closed
-Greet clients
-Occasionally take payments
- Occasionally make runs to the courthouse, post office, and to various offices
-Assist other staff members, as needed
