What You’ll Be DoingIn this role…
- You will be responsible for ensuring that all vendor invoices are received and accurately accounted for in the correct time period.
- You will ensure that all payments are made on time, preparing both monthly check runs and On Demand checks, as needed.
- You will ensure compliance with Company policies for vendor approval, collecting W9’s, issuing W9’s, etc.
- You will be responsible for the reconciliation of vendor statements and accounts payable schedules for our monthly reporting to be completed.

RequirementsWhat we’re looking forMust-haves
- 2-3 years in an office/accounting environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Dealership experience preferred
- CDK experience is a plus
