- Completing the transactions for new and used vehicles.
- Sales of Ford Protect, GAP and other products related to the purchase of a vehicle.
- Following all policy and procedures to protect the company.
- Develop strong relationships with lenders
- Other responsibilities as deemed needed
- Maintain exceptional CX scores and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years F&I Experience a plus.
- Previous successful sales results in a large dealership.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities.
- Excellent character and background
- Knowledge of Route One
- CRM and DMS experience a plus
