More than just a smoke-centric barbecue joint, Bill & Tim's also features a variety of salads, rice bowls, burgers and Mexican specialty dishes served with or without smoky proteins. Bill & Tim's is located at the corner of 13th and Pearl in downtown Eugene.
If you are a hardworking, dedicated individual with a strong work ethic and passion for the restaurant business, then apply by completing our brief application. We offer a starting hourly rate of $14.00 per hour (more with relevant experience), pooled tips and free shift meals. Bill & Tim's is a fast-paced environment generating above average tips for a fast casual concept. Pooled tips average between $4.00 and $4.50 per hour per employee resulting in an average total hourly income of $18.20 to $18.70 per hour (or more with experience)!

Pulled pork, chicken, turkey, ham, links, tofu, shredded brisket, tri-tip and baby back ribs are available as 1, 2 and 3 meat plates served with sides. More than just a barbecue joint, Bill & Tim's also features a variety of salads, sandwiches, burgers, rice bowls and Mexican dishes served with or without smoky proteins. Simply put, our menu is diverse.
