Our Partner Support Advocates work as a team and are crucial members to provide simple and efficient solutions by sharing product knowledge resulting in partner confidence and satisfaction at the end of each interaction.

• Customer facing role managing inbound and outbound inquiries through email, chat, and / or live phone support
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions or alternatives with first contact resolution
• Resolve partner inquiries within contractual service level agreement (SLA)
• Represent BILL and serve as a reflection of the Bank Partner’s brand to ensure we remain in good standing to grow these strategic relationships.

We’d love to chat if you have :

• 1 years in a complex Customer Service role
• Proficient in customer engagement, follow-up, and case resolution
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt / respond to different types of customers
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience providing white glove customer support.
• Understanding of accounting software integration principles and sync logic
• Understanding of bank and embedded partnership and integration
• Shift need is 11am -8pm CST

The estimated hourly range for this role is noted below for our office location in Draper, UT. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above.
