Print Operations - Day Shift Supervisor

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic individual to add to our team in our Operations - Print / Mail department . This is an opportunity for the right individual to get in with a fast growing company and who is looking for a place to show and grow their talents!

This position reports to the NJ Operations Manager. This position is responsible for supervising and leading the day shift working five days a week (overtime required during peak cycle periods each month).

What You'll Bring to the Team :

• 2 years of supervisory experience highly desired
• 2 years of production experience preferred
• Knowledge of cut sheet laser printing systems (B&W & Color) is a plus
• Experience with Bell & Howell Swing Arm inserters / Pitney Bowes high speed inserting equipment is beneficial
• Strong communication / people skills a must have
• Familiarity with TQM practices / Six Sigma a plus
• Strong work ethic and dedication required
• Knowledge of USPS Postal regulations & mail sorting is a plus
• A strong mechanical aptitude required
• PC skills required
• Must be detail oriented and be able to perform QC / QA checks
• This is a working position
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and be able to be on your feet for 8-12 hours.
• Ensure production delivers high quality and on time mailing.
• Ensure the facility adheres to safety standards and i dentify areas of improvement
• Organize training opportunities with employees and develop team building events.

Target Base Compensation : $50,000.00 - $65,000.00.
