Job Summary:
Billy Howell Ford Lincoln is seeking a motivated and experienced Collision Center Estimator to join our growing team in Cumming, Georgia. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately estimating the cost of repairs for damaged vehicles and providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients. As an individual contributor, you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills and make a positive impact on our business.

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess damage on vehicles brought in for repairs
- Create detailed and accurate repair estimates using industry standard software
- Communicate with insurance companies and negotiate repair costs
- Provide excellent customer service by keeping clients informed throughout the repair process
- Work closely with collision center technicians to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and accurately
- Utilize strong organizational skills to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
- Keep track of parts orders and maintain inventory levels
- Keep up-to-date with industry standards and advancements in collision repair techniques
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and adhere to all safety regulations
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Collision Center Estimator
- Strong knowledge of collision repair processes and techniques
- Proficiency with computer programs and software used for estimating repairs
- Excellent math and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass a background check and drug test
