If you are an aspiring Sr. Manager or Tax Partner looking to make a career move, our Tempe based client is in search of a Tax Partner. This role will:
- Manage the office, and be the outward representative of the firm.
- Increase knowledge and mentor current staff.
- Grow the firm by developing new clients as well as maintaining and developing existing clients.
- Find existing synergies within the firm as you think like an entrepreneur.
- Strategically advance the firm with a futuristic business view.
- Make technology improvements to facilitate process improvements.
- Help staff and managers implement process improvements to each position.
- Mentor and develop existing staff.
- Maintain and review the current work product of firm staff and management.
