Responsibilities


  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial insurance clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively and efficiently.
  • Support: Provide support to producers selling new commercial lines of business.
  • Policy Renewals: Coordinate and manage the renewal process for existing commercial accounts, providing guidance and support throughout.
  • Risk Assessment: Analyze client needs and risks to recommend appropriate commercial insurance products and coverage options.
  • Claims Handling: Assist clients in filing and managing insurance claims, serving as a liaison between clients and insurance carriers.
  • Account Maintenance: Keep detailed records of client interactions, policies, and changes to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Continuous Education: Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to provide up-to-date advice to clients.
  • Various tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements


  • Licensing: Active Georgia Property & Casualty License is required.
  • Experience: 4 years of previous experience in commercial insurance is beneficial.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • Client-Focused: A commitment to meeting clients' needs and providing exceptional service.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work autonomously in a remote or hybrid setting while maintaining productivity and collaboration in a high paced location.
  • Collaborative: Capable of working in a team environment, fostering positive relationships and communication.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360, Teams, and other relevant tools to manage client information and interactions.
