Biltright Turf is Hiring a Field Sales Representative Near George, UT
Responsibilities
- Generating leads through dealers as well as, networking, events, social media, door knocking, and other lead generation techniques
- Generating install and material sales through in-person appointments
- Maintaining all dealer relationships and presenting product knowledge trainings
- Show up to all scheduled appointments to accurately measure and design jobs for customers
- Conduct in-person sales and product presentations to showcase our products and services
- Meet and exceed all quotas and goals set
- Customer management through CRM platforms
- Completing all design details with the customer
- Processing sales orders accurately and following up with clients after the sale
- Must fit our company culture
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- High level of self motivation and a proactive approach to sales
- Ability to work independently as well as work well with a team
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Sales experience is preferred
- Technical proficiency skills (iPad software, email, google, and using new apps/software)
- Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
- Full Time
- 5 days a week (Tue-Sat)
- $40,000 annual base salary
- $1,000 per month car allowance
- $50 phone allowance
- Commissions
