for Full or Part-Time Sales Consultant/Interior Design!
Job Overview:
Do you have an eye for decorating, styling, and staying current with the latest trends? Are you a people person? Do you like working for an independent, locally & family-owned company rather than a national company or chain? BILTRITE offers FREE in-store interior design and handle all design projects in our store. Then we are looking for you!
If you want great hours, a fun environment, unlimited earning potential, and love being busy with customers, this is a great career for you. You can pride yourself in selling affordable better, quality furniture and mattresses along with many USA and Amish made products. Please note that we do have mattress specialists and a few of our store wide sales associates do cross over with mattresses but it is not mandatory.
Must work hard, study, and be a team player! Retail sales experience is preferred.
Saturdays and Holidays* required along with 2 to 3 Weekdays.
- 3-4-5 day work week available
- 7 days of business in 6 days!
- Excellent, family friendly store hours:
- Monday Thru Saturday 10am to 6pm PLUS Sunday Closed To Be With Family!
- NO nights!
Note we are closed the following days:
- Easter Break Thursday-Sunday of Easter
- Summer holiday break final weekend of June through the weekend after July 4th
- Thanksgiving Day
- Holiday winter break TBD dates (always closed Christmas Eve and Christmas Day)
We are looking for an individual who is committed to these hours, as well as growing with our company.
*Holidays required to work include Day after Thanksgiving, Post Christmas to New Year's, Presidents' Weekend, Memorial Day Weekend, Labor day Weekend and Thanksgiving Weekend.
Pay, Benefits & Incentives Overview:
Earn more $$$ at BILTRITE than at our competitors PLUS be off on Sundays and NO nights!
Pay for Full Time Employees starting at least $72,000 UP TO $100,000 PLUS!
Part Time starting at least $50,000 PLUS!
