Position Summary:

The Customer Executive - Operations is responsible for working hand in hand with BBU Forecast/Demand Planning, Supply Chain (Bakery Operations and Product Logistics) and Order Processing Team. Must have technical data integration knowledge and application understanding. This role will help solve major obstacles limiting the customer team ability to produce results using sophisticated data integration with well-defined processes across BBU Operations, Supply Chain, Brand, RGM, and DSDE Sales Ops. The role objective is to help remove barriers to customer team success via innovated and effective solutions.


Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Enterprise Cost Management team specific to Walmart and Target strategy for BBU.
  • Lead all customer interactions with Great Value team, products, manufacturing, new item, social and bakery audits – in alignment with the broader BBU Private Label Lead.
  • Develop data integrated solutions to provide scorecard visibility to customer orders reflective of forecast and budgeted plans. Working with RGM lead Walmart to align.
  • Using Circana and other database solutions including Kantar, Cleveland Research, and industry publications, conferences, to ensure that the Mass Channel team maintains connective relevance to the industry.
  • Strengthen relationships across the entire supply chain relative to providing better transparency and advanced notice specific to Planning, Production, Shipping, Delivery, Display and Merchandising Standards.
  • Support the Directors of Bread, Buns, Rolls, SBG, and Cookies to advance selling stories through research.
  • Work with VP Mass Channel to Develop and Optimize Universal Reports via Direct Data Feeds to minimize the need for data pulls. Building and maintaining consistent format across all customers.

Education and Work History:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, marketing, or related field. MBA or master’s or engineering or computer science degree preferred.
Ideal candidate will possess:
  • 7 or more years’ consumer product account experience.
  • Experience leading salaried associates with team responsibility.
  • Requires excellent presentation and written/oral communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively negotiate and influence others.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and planning skills.
  • Computer skills and proficiency, specifically Power BI, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word is required, as well as high proficiency with Data Warehouse, Margin Minder, databricks (Must)
  • Travel is required, 25 %.
