We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Liquor/Wine Shop assistant to join our team at Bin Q. If you have a passion for wine and liquor, excellent customer service skills, and a keen attention to detail, this role is perfect for you. As a Liquor/Wine Shop assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our valued customers while ensuring the smooth operation of our shop.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their inquiries about wine and liquor selections.
• Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently at the checkout counter.
• Provide recommendations and guidance to customers based on their preferences and needs.
• Assist with receiving and inspecting incoming orders to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Stock shelves, arrange displays, and maintain an organized and visually appealing store layout.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and restock products as needed.
• Perform routine housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and tidy store environment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure all tasks are completed and the store operates smoothly.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and new arrivals.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred.
• Knowledge and enthusiasm for wine and liquor products.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling.
• Ability to lift and carry moderately heavy items.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
