Responsibilities
Speaker Program Support
- Book travel and support requirements for physicians, speakers, and non-Biodesix personnel
- Track speaker program venue contracts, expenses, and honoraria payments
- Maintain physician profiles (bios, photos, travel details, dietary restrictions etc.)
- Manage Salesforce approvals and executive financial approval process
- Complete registration and payment for regional trade shows
- Communicate with internal stakeholders with updates on events and conferences
- Track all MedEd training sessions, which include:
- Scheduling training sessions with speakers, Medical Affairs team members, and product managers
- Documentation of all training sessions
- Notification of training completion to internal stakeholders
- Track Salesforce events to ensure all deadlines are kept
- Speaker program expense reporting using Concur system/budget tracking
- General event support
- RequiredCompetency in Microsoft Office (SharePoint, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Highly organized and structured, with great attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Word based programs, including Microsoft Excel
- Perform work at established standards of quality and timeliness to meet department goals and objectives
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Efficient use of company resources to complete tasks as assigned
- Very strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills
- Must maintain a professional appearance and exhibit a positive company image to the public
- Minimum 1-year administrative experience
- Experience making travel arrangements
- 20-25 hours per week
- $19.57 - $23.89 per hour
