Job Description
- Paralegal tasks.
- Ability to prepare legal correspondence including letters and pleadings.
- Ability to prepare technically sound, accurate, and informative reports containing findings, conclusions, and recommendations.
- Proofreads complex legal documents.
- Comfort with legal case management systems.
- Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes
- Graduation from an accredited college or university with an Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies or, an Associate Degree and a Certificate of Proficiency in Paralegal Studies.
- Three (3) years of experience as a paralegal in a law firm, legal tribunal, or legal department in a public or private entity whose primary function is the research, enactment, enforcement, or litigation of legal matters.
- 9:00 A to 5:00PM
- Lunch period (Unpaid): Either 12:00-1:00 or 1:00-2:00 – work out w/staff
- Dress Code: Business casual attire
- Work from Office or Remote: Office
- Parking: Rear of Building
