We are hiring a Clerk Sr for one of our clients in Trenton, NJ.

Job Description :

Under immediate supervision, performs routine, repetitive clerical work of a varied nature as a beginner at the entrance level of employment which includes a relatively small proportion of difficult tasks;

does other related duties as required.

• Pulling daily record requests assigned, i.e. boxes, files or microfilm.
• Refiling of the boxes and files that are returned.
• Reviewing boxes that have been pulled for disposal.
• Inputting data into the RIMS inventory system.

Skills Required :

• Ability to follow directives
• Ability to perform simple basic data entry
• Ability to left up to 40 lbs.

Education required :

High School or GED

Experience Required :

4 to 7 years' experience

Work Hours :

• 7 : 30 to 3 : 30 or 8 : 00 to 4 : 00
• Lunch- 1 hour (Unpaid)
• 35-hour work week

Additional information :

No overtime

Payrate : $

19.19 / hour on W2
