At Percy, we're building new ways to help people find permanent employment at some of the best companies in the Seattle area. We're looking for a Senior Property Manager to join a well-established company in the property management industry.

Ideal candidates will excel in all aspects of community management at a senior level. You should be adept at resolving various property management tasks, leading the Lease-Up process for luxury properties, and managing on-site teams. If you have over three years of property management experience, including managing properties in Downtown Seattle and prior Lease-Up experience, this role could be an excellent match for you.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Resolve a wide range of property management-related tasks as needed
• Lead the Lease-Up process for a Luxury Class-A property
• Hire, Onboard and Lead on-site team

Qualifications and Skills

• 3 years of property management experience
• Prior experience managing properties in Downtown Seattle
• Prior Lease Up experience
