The Corporate / Distributor Accounts Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with major distributors, optimizing their performance to enhance product penetration and drive sales across their channels. The role demands a minimum of 7 years of proven experience in distributor management within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device sectors.

This position is crucial for leveraging distributor networks to significantly enhance product distribution and sales performance. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in transforming our distributor relationships into highly effective channels for market penetration and revenue growth, thereby having a profound impact on the company's overall success in the market.

**Must have diagnostics sales experience**

Pay Rate: $125,000k - $150,000k (depending on experience)

Location: Orange County

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain robust relationships with major distributors, fostering long-term partnerships that maximize revenue and expand market presence.
  • Craft and implement comprehensive sales strategies tailored to each distributor, aligning with both the company's goals and the distributor’s capabilities to ensure mutual benefits.
  • Negotiate and manage large-scale contracts with distributors, overseeing compliance and execution to meet strategic sales objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to equip distributors with the tools and promotions needed to effectively sell and advocate for our products.
  • Analyze market trends and distributor performance to adapt strategies, ensuring competitiveness and market responsiveness.
  • Provide sales forecasts and market analysis reports to senior management.
  • Leverage data to drive strategic decisions and optimize distributor engagement.
  • Continuous interaction with key personnel at major distributors, requiring the ability to manage relationships and negotiate effectively to drive business objectives.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Product Development, Customer Service, and Logistics departments to ensure that distributor needs are met and that sales strategies are aligned with overall business goals.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales management, with a strong emphasis on managing distributor relationships in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device industries.
  • Ability to develop and execute business strategies with complex distributor networks.
  • Negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence various stakeholders.
  • Proficient in CRM software and data analysis tools, with strong analytical abilities to interpret complex market data and financial information.
