What you'll do:
As an accounts payable support specialist, you will leave work each day feeling a sense of accomplishment. Youll join a friendly, upbeat group of people on a mission to make our clients accounts payable process as seamless as possible. This is a busy and growing department, and by joining us you will become a valuable and essential member of the BioProcure team!
On an average day, an accounts payable support specialist:
- Quickly and accurately enters a large volume of information into our easy-to-use software system
- Provides excellent customer service via email and phone support
- Develops and maintains relationships with both clients and vendors through friendly, effective, and timely communication
- Researches, resolves, and follows up on any issues or discrepancies in a timely manner
For this entry level position, we will train candidates with the following attributes:
- The ability to perform data entry assignments with speed and accuracy This is essential!
- Extreme attention to detail Also essential!
- At least 1 year customer service experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- The confidence to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced/changing environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Dependability, flexibility, and consistency
- The ability to independently identify, research and resolve issues
- The confidence to learn new programs and software applications
- The ability to cooperate and work together with a team
- A positive, can-do attitude
Qualifications
