You will be joining BIOS at an exciting and pivotal time, amidst numerous product premium product launches and market expansions that intend to change the very perception of what light means to health. You will be supported by a collaborative and knowledgeable team of lighting, engineering and business experts, some of which come from NASA where they developed some of the first LED lighting solutions for space stations.
The customer experience is a high priority for BIOS Lighting as we continue to improve the lives of people and plants with our innovative products. The Customer Experience Manager will use their technical skills to address the opportunities and challenges with our customers. This role will ensure that each touchpoint across the customer journey is engaging, efficient, and effective. The Customer Experience Manager will help to increase customer satisfaction rates and customer loyalty.
