You will be joining BIOS at an exciting and pivotal time, amidst numerous product premium product launches and market expansions that intend to change the very perception of what light means to health. You will be supported by a collaborative and knowledgeable team of lighting, engineering and business experts, some of which come from NASA where they developed some of the first LED lighting solutions for space stations.
The customer experience is a high priority for BIOS Lighting as we continue to improve the lives of people and plants with our innovative products. The Customer Experience Manager will use their technical skills to address the opportunities and challenges with our customers. This role will ensure that each touchpoint across the customer journey is engaging, efficient, and effective. The Customer Experience Manager will help to increase customer satisfaction rates and customer loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Connecting customers and BIOS/SKYVIEW to ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Ensure that every touchpoint along the customer journey is optimized to exceed customer expectations.
- Communicates to business stakeholders innovative ways to address customer pain points.
- Design and improve the customer experience by understanding their needs. Use this vision to create a roadmap for the customer experience strategy.
- Oversight and design revisions of Zendesk customer support platform to address ongoing inquiries from SKYVIEW (TM) customer base.
- Leading the customer support team, including training and goal setting, ensuring there is a clear understanding of the company’s customer experience standards.
- Directing best research practices, metric establishment and the collection and analyzing process of customer data and feedback.
- Extensive knowledge of business operations and department processes.
