Biospace is Hiring a Contracts Specialist Near Manassas, VA
Responsibilities
- Agreement Administration: Administer agreements throughout their lifecycle, including negotiation, documentation, and reporting. Review agreements to ensure they meet contract requirements.
- Communication Management: Manage communication channels, including a department inbox. Participate in agreement negotiations from proposal to execution, and work closely with internal stakeholders.
- Reporting and Process Management: Prepare spreadsheets, generate reports on contract activity, and execute a broad range of commercial agreements. Ensure timely processing of department reports and deliverables.
- Contract Compliance: Review contractual documents to ensure adherence to organizational policies and proceedures while maintaining a high-level of customer satisfaction and responsiveness.
- Bachelor's degree and 2-5 years' experience or equivalent experience.
- Background in biological sciences, and experience with commercial contracts preferred.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
