The PositionThis position has primary responsibility to support operations for the given area. This position requires strict adherence to cGMPs, established manufacturing practices and procedures, and compliance with quality regulations and guidelines.
This position is located in West Lebanon, NH and will require onsite work and collaboration. It is a full time (40 hour per week) position.We have QC Technician Levels I-III available depending on experience level.
RelationshipsReports to: QC Supervisor
Schedule: Sunday-Thursday (8AM-5PM)
Essential Functions
- Performs routine QC support activities (e.g. housekeeping, sanitizations, glassware cleaning, sample receipt)
- May perform sampling with minimal support
- Executes low complexity tasks with support (e.g. Spectroscopy, Bioburden Testing, Incoming Inspection of Consumables)
- Performs routine equipment maintenance with support
- Identifies deviations and may support systematic problem solving and laboratory investigations
- Documents and archives work in accordance with Good Documentation Practice
- Performs all job duties and responsibilities in a compliant and ethical manner and in accordance with all applicable healthcare laws, regulations and industry codes
- Incorporates the Novo Nordisk Way and 10 Essentials in all activities and interactions with others
- Other duties as assigned
- Education and Certifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Work Experience:
- 3 years work experience, relevant preferred
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- The ability to understand and execute established written instructions is essential
- Good organizational, time management and documentation skills
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Basic computer skills (e.g. email, MS Word, database management)
- Knowledge of laboratory or manufacturing operations preferred
