- Provide exceptional customer service consistently
- Build and nurture strong relationships with school administration members

- Adhere to established procedures and service agreements
- Monitor and address support tickets for assigned locations promptly
- Collaborate with the senior technician for complex issues
- Foster a collaborative environment with field support technicians across different schools
- Conduct daily checks on computer labs and media center computers
- Manage and update Chrome carts for students
- Ensure functionality of Interactive Whiteboards and Projectors
- Prepare for standardized tests by updating carts and lab equipment
- Troubleshoot and replace Kronos hardware
- Maintain and troubleshoot Marquee signs at locations
- Resolve minor wireless and network issues
- Install OS updates and patches on Apple and Windows PC devices
- Configure and install printing devices
- Maintain accurate asset assignments in Nimbus
- Monitor hardware inventory through the Gigatrak system
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of work areas and spaces, including MDF/IDF closets
- Coordinate the disposal of obsolete equipment as needed
- Provide support for printers and printing devices when necessary
