Manager, Programs and Events

The Manager, Programs and Events position is an opportunity within our growing Neuromodulation Business Unit. The Manager, Programs and Events will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of meetings, events, conferences, and those programs associated with each. This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a creative mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
Your Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute meetings, events, and conferences from inception to completion.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand their event objectives and requirements.
  • Manage contracts with external vendors and consultants.
  • Develop detailed event plans, including timelines, budgets, and logistics.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure all event aspects are seamlessly integrated.
  • Manage event registration, attendee communication, and on-site logistics.
  • Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring all details are meticulously handled.
  • Troubleshoot any issues that arise during events and provide effective solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of event details, budgets, and post-event evaluations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve event quality.
  • Job requires up to 40% travel.
Your Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Proven experience in program or event management and coordination, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required.
  • 3 years of medical device or similar industry experience
Work Environment
We are open to remote candidates for this position, location to be determined by candidate location. This job operates in a professional office environment whether on-site or remote. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, camera, and phones.
