What will you do at BIP.Monticello:

We seek an incumbent with prior experience managing financial service Regulatory Programs and Project Teams through all phases of the project lifecycle. Our team is responsible for establishing the project milestones and governance structure throughout the project lifecycle: initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing.

• Ensure that project issues and risks are identified, quantified, managed, tracked, and ensuring these items are appropriately communicated and escalated when necessary.
• Work across stakeholders and teams while managing upstream/downstream dependencies while staying current on underlying releases, priorities, and requirements.
• Provide regular communication across the program and ensure transparency of progress and impediments while maintaining a governance structure where decisions are required.
• Interface between the business and technology teams and communicate effectively will stakeholders in these respective departments.
• Create and maintain project plans for all major projects and track status against agreed upon milestones.
• Drive technical teams to resolve project issues; meet project deadlines and deliver against all project requirements.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5 - 8 years of banking/capital markets experience working with project teams in either the Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office/Operations, or Technology.
• 5 years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm (e.g., Accenture, E&Y, KPMG, Deloitte, PwC, IBM Global Services, Sapient).
• At least 5 years of experience managing stakeholder relationships with senior level clients.
• Project management experience working on regulatory (Volcker, UMR, MiFID, CAT, QFC, etc.) and change management initiatives is a plus.
• Experience working on regulatory consent orders & MRAs from financial regulators.
• Experience working on internal audit findings & remediation projects.
• Project Management (PMP) Certification required; Green or Black Belt Certification preferred; Agile or Kanban Coach, Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
• Banking/Capital markets experience working on strategic projects.
• Demonstrated comfort working in a team environment, including collaborating with senior management to solve difficult organizational challenges.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects and work effectively under pressure; exceptional organizational and administrative skills; at ease with abundance of details, yet mindful of the big picture at all times.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Management, Business, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.

**The base salary range for this role is $105,000-$145,000**
