Per Diem Receptionist. This is to fill in for Receptionists when they are on vacations or called out.
This is not a parttime or fulltime position. No set hours.
Responsible for greeting family members upon arrival at the center. Answer telephone and direct to appropriate unit.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in a similar capacity involving direct communication with the public.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Superior interpersonal and communications skills.
- Outstanding listening skills and ability to empathize with others.
- Appropriate sense of discretion in dealing with varied and difficult situations.
- Ability to convey a positive attitude in all dealings with others, whether patients, family members, or staff members.
- Exceptional personal organizational skills.
- Attentive to detail.
