Position Summary 

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and eager to create a better experience supporting our customers. You will be able to fully understand our customers’ needs regarding support renewals and provide recommendations as needed. This individual will have excellent communication abilities.

Main Duties 

• Collaborate with Account Managers to create a strong customer support experience
• Create and present renewal quotes to customers and notify customers of upcoming contract expiration
• Act as the liaison between customers and partners
• Build strong relationships with internal team, partners, and customers
• Work with internal stakeholders to grow accounts and drive customer retention
• Work collaboratively with the renewals team to manage our renewals pipeline and weekly forecast

What You Bring

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• General understanding of IT industry
• General understanding of SaaS contracts

Salary

• Salary Range: $45k - $60k salary including bonuses
• The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining pay, we’ll consider location, experience, and other job-related factors.
